
The tenth annual Strings Spooktacular, a spooky orchestra concert, will take place on Thursday, October 26, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the AHS Auditorium. Eighth grade and high school orchestra members will be performing a variety of creepy selections (while wearing costumes, of course!). Please join us - if you dare! Admission to this concert is free, but all souls are invited to bring a canned food item to support the National Honor Society annual canned food drive.

A Harvest Dance, sponsored by Student Senate, will be held on Friday, October 13 from 6-8 p.m. Tickets are $3 if purchased ahead of time and $4 at the door.

Conferences are tonight, Thurs., Oct. 12 from 4 to 7 p.m. Contact the school to schedule a date and time to meet with your child’s teachers. Our next conferences will be Nov. 16 from 3 to 6 p.m.

These students are recognized for standing up for others while in the classroom. Teachers saw them telling students to stop messing with another individuals.Great examples of being UPstanders!

As part of Bullying Prevention Week, Tuesday was "Everyone needs someone to talk to" day. Students were encouraged to have friendly conversation with one new person in each class.

AMS Media Center will sponsor a Book Fair from Oct. 5-13th. The Book Fair will be open from 7:15am- 2:30 pm every day. It will be open all during Grandparent's Day also.

AMS Conferences are Thursday, October 12th from 4:00 to 7:00 pm. Notices are being sent home with students and parents are asked to contact the school at 330-829-2254 to schedule a time.

Interims will be sent home with all middle school students on Thursday, September 28th.
